3. Fast Shipping – Ordered before 4:00 PM, Shipped on the Same Day:
If you order before 4:00 PM, your order will be shipped on the same day.
4. Delivery Within 1-3 Business Days:
We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days.
**Exceptions and Deviating Delivery Times:**
Deliveries may take longer during busy periods, such as public holidays, VAT days and special sale periods.
Returns:
Returning products is no problem
– Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
– Used or opened products are not eligible for reimbursement.

**Right of withdrawal:**
In accordance with legal provisions, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
